At The New You Plan we are so confident that you'll LOVE our plan that we offer all new customers a 100% money back guarantee.*
Of course, we obviously hope that you'll love our plan but if for any reason you do not feel our diet meals are for you, return them and we will give you your money back, no questions asked! That's our quibble free guarantee and you can even keep all of the accessories and free welcome gift.
That means if you are not completely happy with your first order, simply return the products and we will process a refund on all returned items.

Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply call us on 02838 330720 or e-mail us, before we dispatch your order, i.e. before you have received a dispatch e-mail from us, providing us with the relevant details. If your order has already been dispatched, i.e. you have already received a dispatch e-mail, you will not be able to cancel your order, however if you return an unopened item, New You Plan may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund.
Reporting errors on your order
In the unlikely event that you should need to query a mistake made on your order then this needs to be done within 14 days of placing the order for us to deal with your complaint. When reporting an issue please ensure this is done either via email to support@thenewyouplan.com , via phone on +44 28 3833 0720 or via the live chat function on our website. Any issues raised beyond these timescales not be considered and are at the discretion of the company.
How to return an item for a refund / exchange
Please only send your items back inside a box. If items are sent crushed in small packages we won't be able to give you a refund.

or include a returns note inside your returns parcel. Please include your Order Reference so our returns team knows exactly what to do with the return.
2. We recommend sending your parcel back to us by a recognized courier service of your choice, we use DPD as our courier of choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will drop you an email about your exchange or refund, which can take 5 up to working days to reach your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
